A new church with old roots.
New to Wahiawa, but not new to the work — this church was planted by a family with nearly thirty years of church-planting ministry behind them.
From Germany to the Pacific
Nearly three decades of planting — and the Lord wasn’t done.
After serving nearly three decades in Germany, we’re grateful that the Lord allowed us to start yet another church — this time in Wahiawa, on the central plateau of Oahu, between the Waiʻanae and Koʻolau mountains.
Bible Baptist Church is a new but growing congregation, now worshipping in our own building on Kilani Avenue. Our doors are open to anyone who is earnestly seeking the truth, the Lord Jesus, His Word, and good fellowship with other believers.
Wahiawa sits minutes from Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield, and serving the military is in this church’s blood — decades of it, on two continents. Whether you’re here for three years or thirty, you have a church family on Kilani Avenue.

Senior Pastor — serving with his wife, Angie
Pastor and Mrs. Angie are happy to be serving here on Oahu. After nearly thirty years of missionary church planting in Germany, they brought the same calling across the Pacific: find the people, preach the Book, build the church.
What you’ll get from the pulpit is tell-it-like-it-is, plain Bible teaching and preaching — detailed study of the Scriptures, delivered with the warmth of a man who has spent his life shepherding people far from home.
